WRAD, Inc. is representing the community of persons that are deaf or hard of hearing and all of its affiliates. The WRAD organization is an International NGO organization, functioning under the guidelines of the United Nations. (WRAD used to be called The World Recreation Association of the Deaf but it is really more than that).
